Product Introduction:
Temperature-sensing, self-actuating fire extinguishing devices are a type of advanced fire extinguishing device that has recently been developed both domestically and internationally. They are fixed, non-electric, and self-actuating. They require no power source or traditional fire detection and alarm equipment. The entire system consists solely of a fire extinguishing agent storage cylinder and a flexible fire detection tube. The fire detection tube integrates fire detection, device activation, and fire extinguishing agent release. These flexible fire detection tubes can be conveniently positioned closest to any potential ignition source. In the event of a fire, the fire detection tubes rupture due to heat, instantly releasing the fire extinguishing agent for targeted extinguishing.

1) Components
It primarily consists of a container containing fire extinguishing agent, a container valve, a pressurized fire detector tube that releases the agent and has fire detection capabilities, a pressure gauge, a check valve, a pressure switch, an alarm, and a dedicated connector for the fire detector tube.
The fire detector tube is a high-tech non-metallic composite product. It combines long-term leak resistance, flexibility, and effective temperature sensitivity. After pressurization, it explodes within a certain temperature range to release the extinguishing agent or transmit a fire signal.
2) Working Principle
The fire detector tube is connected to the fire extinguishing agent container via a container valve. It is positioned above the most likely fire source to detect the fire source. When a fire occurs, the fire detector tube softens and explodes at the highest point of heat exposure. The pressure drop in the fire detector tube activates the container valve, releasing the fire extinguishing agent through the explosion hole in the fire detector tube, extinguishing the fire. At the same time, an alarm bell sounds, alerting the user that the fire extinguishing system has been activated. The user needs to verify the fire extinguishing process, repair the system, and refill the extinguishing agent.

2. Indirect Temperature-Sensing Self-Activating Fire Extinguishing Device





1) Components
This device primarily consists of a container containing the extinguishing agent, a container valve, a pressurized fire detection tube, a release tube, a nozzle, a pressure gauge, a check valve, a pressure switch, an alarm bell, and a dedicated connector for the fire detection tube.
2) Operating Principle
The fire detection tube is connected to the extinguishing agent container via the container valve and positioned above the most likely fire source to detect the fire source. Upon encountering a fire, the fire detection tube softens and ruptures at the highest point of heat exposure. The pressure drop in the fire detection tube activates the container valve, releasing the extinguishing agent through the release tube to the nozzle, extinguishing the fire. At the same time, an alarm bell sounds, alerting the user that the fire extinguishing system has been activated. The user needs to verify the fire extinguishing process, repair the system, and refill the extinguishing agent.

1. Suitable for firefighting in the following locations:

Microwave rooms, decimeter wave rooms, meter wave rooms, substations, and uninterruptible power supply rooms within radio and television transmission towers; programmable switching rooms, control rooms, and signaling transfer point rooms within communication systems; control rooms, electronic equipment rooms, computer rooms, relay rooms, and substations in power plants; areas where cables cross, are densely packed, and where intermediate joints are located; substation cabinets, elevator control cabinets, and cable trays with trough boxes or bridges; and other locations with relatively enclosed enclosures for special or critical equipment.

2. Applicable Fire Types
2.1 Heptafluoropropane-filled automatic fire extinguishing devices with fire-detecting tubes can be used to extinguish the following fires:
Fires involving combustible gases where the gas source can be shut off before extinguishing the fire;
Fires involving Class A, B, or C liquids or meltable solids such as paraffin and asphalt;
Fires involving solid surfaces and deep-seated fires involving some solid materials such as cotton, fabric, and paper;
Electrical fires.
2.3 Heptafluoropropane-filled automatic fire extinguishing devices with fire-detecting tubes must not be used to extinguish the following fires:
Fires involving chemicals containing oxidants, such as nitrocellulose and gunpowder;
Fires involving reactive metals such as potassium, sodium, magnesium, titanium, and zirconium;
Fires involving metal hydrides such as potassium hydride and sodium hydride.
